Jason is BCC's lead subject matter expert with decades of experience across financial services and insurance education. He brings deep knowledge of the Canadian regulatory landscape and a direct understanding of what candidates need to succeed in high-stakes licensing and certification exams. His expertise spans securities licensing, insurance licensing, and financial planning exam preparation.

Noreen Féquière

Instructor and Subject Matter Expert

Noreen has been supporting insurance licensing candidates since 2006, when she began her career as a Training Manager at London Life supporting LLQP and mutual fund exam candidates. At BCC, she serves as a senior industry advisor and instructor with a focus on LLQP exam preparation and learner support. She brings nearly two decades of direct experience helping professionals get licensed and build confident practices.
